Become a Vendor
We’re now accepting vendor applications for two exciting 2026 community events in Snohomish:
• Kla Ha Ya Days Balloon Glow – a one-night summer celebration featuring glowing hot air balloons, live entertainment, food, and family fun
• Snohomish Block Party at the Airfield – a two-day community music festival featuring live bands, great food, shopping and local fun. The full vendor fair takes place on Saturday, with food trucks operating both Friday and Saturday.
If you’re an artisan, maker, food vendor, or local business, we’d love to have you join us! This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your products to a lively Snohomish crowd in a high-energy festival setting.

Saturday, July 25, 2026 (All Vendors)
• Event Hours: 4:30 – 10:00 PM
• Vendor Setup: 2:00 – 4:00 PM
• Vendor Teardown: 9:00 PM (Kid Zone tears down at 8:30 PM; Food Trucks/Tents tear down at 10:00 PM)

Friday, August 14, 2026 (Accepting Food Trucks/Tents & Hot Food Vendors Only)
• Event Hours: 5:00 – 10:00 PM
• Vendor Setup: 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM
• Vendor Teardown: 10:00 PMÂ
Saturday, August 15, 2026 (All Vendors)
• Event Hours: 1:30 – 10:00 PM
• Vendor Setup: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Vendor Teardown: 8:30 PM (Food Trucks/Tents tear down at 10:00 PM)

Who We’re Looking For
Kid Zone Vendors: family-friendly activities, games, inflatables, face painting, crafts, and interactive experiences for kids. Kid Zone vendors receive a reduced vendor fee but must offer a free activity or item for children as part of their participation.
Please Note: We are no longer accepting Coffee, Lemonade, Kettle Corn Vendors, or Face Painters
At this time, we are not accepting franchises or multi-level marketing (MLM) businesses. Our goal is to keep the vendor mix local, creative, and community-focused.
Qualifying non-profits may have a $25 reduction in vendor fee, subject to approval and space availability.

Vendors may apply for one, or both events.
Electricity and water are not provided. Vendors must supply their own tents, tables, weights, and signage.
What’s Required
- Full payment to secure your spot
- Valid business license
- Proof of insurance listing the event as additionally insured
- Payments are accepted online (3% processing fee applies) or by check. Booths are not held until payment is received.

Space is limited, and all applications are reviewed to ensure a balanced and exciting vendor lineup. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
